We've decided to introduce a community wallet to Party Sheep Club as well - depending on the number of NFTs sold, Ethereum will be put into the community wallet. The use of the community wallet will be decided by a community vote: NFTs will be voted on, and owners of NFTs will be able to participate in the vote; the number of votes will depend on the number of NFTs owned.

Details of the governance vote.

After taking into account the opinions of the community, the management will create the options. For example, "hijack a screen in Shibuya", "airdrop for one community member", etc. From these options, community members choose the one they want to carry out, and vote. The community will then vote for the option they want to carry out and the management will use the amount in the community wallet to carry it out. If there is not enough money, it will not be implemented, and the next most voted option will be implemented. The timing of the community governance vote will be set at approximately one week after the community wallet has been filled with Ethereum.

Regarding the use and disclosure of sales.

We do not intend to disclose details of the amount of sales or how the funds will be used. However, all uses of the community wallet will be disclosed. As for the use of sales funds, the stated amount of Ethereum will be put into the community wallet, and the amount will be used entirely by community vote. The rest of the proceeds will be used to implement the roadmap. Metaverse land purchase costs. Marketing costs. Ethereum will be used to pay for gas, remuneration for creators, maintenance of the project, administrative and operational costs.

About remuneration for creators.

The remuneration for the creators was decided after satisfying Enn, the person in charge of the project. As for the amount, it is above the market price. We will refrain from mentioning the specific amount, as the creators have requested, but the payment has already been made. In the future, as the project progresses, we will also set up a bonus, which will be paid to the creators for every NFT sold in the specified quantity.

The cost of implementing the roadmap.

The project's sales funds are also used to implement the roadmap. A typical example is the purchase of land in the metaverse. Depending on the market price at the time of purchase, tens to hundreds of Ethereums or more are expected to be used. Please be assured that the funds to implement the roadmap will come from a separate fund from the community wallet. For more information on the roadmap, please visit the website (https://partysheepclub.com).

When to support the introduction of community wallets(before version)

The community wallet will be populated with Ethereum at the following times: 3 ETH for 1,000 units, 5 ETH for 2,000 units, 10 ETH for 3,000 units, 20 ETH for 5,000 units, 30 ETH for 7,000 units and 50 ETH for 10,000 units, for a total of 118 ETH in the community wallet. The community wallet will be credited with 118 ETH.

Timing of support for introduction of community wallets (after revision) Since it has become clear that a large amount of money will be spent in the execution of the roadmap, we are revising the amount of money to be put into the community wallet. The revised amount will be 3 ETH for every 1,000 units. Also, please note that marketing costs will be generated in addition to the community wallet investment, so please keep in mind that community wallet does not = marketing costs. Thank you for your continued support of the Party Sheep Club.
